Games are played via 1869 rules: a longer 42” wooden bat, no gloves, a softer base ball (similar to today's softball) and a grass field. Gentleman’s rules are always the order of the day. The team is open to men between the ages of 18-80. This is about fun and camaraderie with competition taking a back seat. It is typical to cheer the opposing teams good play with a tip of the hat and a rousing HIP HIP HUZZAH!
